The capacity of classes under control
To manage the children's classroom capacity could have been a bit difficult in previous versions. Now you can adjust the capacity for each class and Panda automatically takes care of everything else. However, as a teacher or director, you can intervene and add a kid to the class despite the capacity limitations.
Connection to accounting systems
We have added the billing feature, which allows you to export your bill of payments for a certain period to the most common Czech accounting systems (ABRA and Pohoda) and then issue the invoice for parents.
Quick launch thanks to bulk import
In the past, the need of inserting the parents and children's data manually has been a frequent obstacle to the quick Panda's launch. In our new version, we have solved this problem by introducing a bulk import from Excel or similar documents. Panda will take care of all the data (if they no longer exist), will create individual accounts, and send out the access details to all parents.
We’ve added something extra
Another bonus is, for example, an easy-to-read table with attendance replacements, the new bulletin board functionalities, or the ability to add annotation about the child's health or to record the allergens for meals.
